When is Obsessed Fest?

Obsessed Fest takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 11:00 AM.

What time does programming begin?

Programming begins at 12:00 PM at the Prime Stage.

What time does the event end?

The event concludes at 7:30 PM.

Where do I check in?

Check-in is located at: 1520 Wilcox Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90028

Do I have a confirmed ticket?

Only guests who purchased a confirmed GA ticket will be admitted to the event. Waitlist tickets are not valid entry tickets.

What if I can't find my ticket confirmation and/or QR code?

If you cannot locate your QR code or confirmation email, please contact hello@obsessed-fest.com before arriving. As long as we can confirm your name on the backend, you will be able to check-in on site. Once your registration is confirmed, please have your confirmation email available upon arrival. If necessary, our team can look up your registration onsite.

What do I need to enter the event?

Please bring: Your ticket QR code, confirmation email, or email with an Obsessed Fest team member

Is Obsessed Fest 18+?

Yes. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued ID. If you are under 18, but purchased a ticket, your ticket will not be valid. 

Is there a standby line?

There is no standby line for this event. Only valid ticket holders will be allowed inside the festival, no exceptions. Waitlist status does not count as a valid ticket.

Will bags be checked?

Yes. All guests and bags are subject to security screening upon entry.

 
Can I transfer my ticket?

No, unfortunately no transfers are allowed. 

Can I get a refund?

At this time, the refund window has closed.

Is Obsessed Fest ADA accessible?

Yes. The event is fully ADA accessible.

 
Will ASL interpretation be available?

Yes. ASL interpretation will be available in designated programming areas.

 
Will this event use flash photography, amplified sound? 

Yes, the event will use flash photography and amplified sound.

Are service dogs allowed? 

We love your pets! But only trained service animals will be permitted into the event. We cannot accommodate emotional support animals (ESAs), therapy animals, or pets.

If you plan to bring a service animal, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can help make your experience as comfortable as possible.

How early should I arrive at the venue before doors open?

Programming will begin promptly at 12:00 PM. Venue doors will open at 11:00 AM. Please note seating is not assigned

What happens if a panel reaches capacity?

The Prime Stage can accommodate all attendees. Smaller programming spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity. Please plan your day accordingly! 

Are seats assigned?

Unless otherwise noted, seating is first-come, first-served.

What happens if the schedule changes?

Programming is subject to change. If changes occur, registered attendees that have opted into SMS blasts will receive updates via SMS. Please email hello@obsessed-fest.com to get added to the SMS list. 

Are talent appearances guaranteed?

Talent appearances are subject to availability and therefore may change last minute with little to no notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I meet the talent?

Only guests with confirmed Meet & Greet reservations may participate. Meet & Greet capacity is extremely limited. There will be no standby lines on site. 

Are autographs guaranteed?

If you have a confirmed Meet & Greet reservation, you will have the opportunity for talent to sign one (1) personal item. 

Can I bring gifts for talent?

No. Gifts for talent are not permitted and will not be allowed inside the festival past security. 

Can I take photos with talent?

If you have a confirmed Meet & Greet reservation, you will have the opportunity to take a photo with talent. 

How do book signings work? Do I need a reservation for book signings?

Book signings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the schedule and festival map for session information. 

Do I need to bring my own book or will there be some available at the festival?

We encourage guests to bring their own books. There will be a limited number of books available at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis, though we cannot guarantee availability.

How many books can I bring?

In order to get as many attendees through the line as possible, each guest is limited to one (1) book or personal item per author.

Can personal items be signed?

Yes! Personal items will be limited to one (1) per author to ensure signings for as many guests as possible. 

Are there line cut-off times?

Signing lines may reach capacity based on each author’s scheduled signing time. Our onsite team will monitor and communicate any line closures.

Will food be available?

Yes! Be sure to hold onto the food voucher you receive at check-in, as it can be redeemed for one (1) complimentary meal on-site. Vouchers may be redeemed between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM. If you would like to purchase additional food beyond your complimentary meal, food will be available for purchase between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

Are there dietary-friendly options?

Yes! We can accommodate vegan, GF, and kosher options. Please reference the menus for more details. 

Is merch available all day?

Yes. Merchandise will be available for purchase while supplies last.

Each guest will also receive a voucher at check-in for a free customizable tote bag, which will be available at the merch station.

Do you accept cash?

Obsessed Fest is a cashless event. Please bring a physical credit or debit card for all purchases.

Please reference the festival map for water stations.

What size bags are allowed?

Bags larger than a standard backpack will not be allowed inside the festival. Guests who bring larger items will be asked to leave them in their cars or in a secure location, then get back in line for entry. Please note there is no bag-check at the venue.

Is the event happening rain or shine?

Yes. Obsessed Fest will take place rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast before arriving and dress accordingly.

Can I leave and come back? 

Yes. Re-entry is permitted. All guests returning to the venue will be required to:

•  Re-enter through the designated entrance
•  Pass through security screening
•  Complete the check-in process again
•  Present a valid government-issued ID

Is there a bag or coat check?

No. Bag check and coat check services will not be available. Please review bag size guidelines and plan accordingly.

Where can I find medical assistance?

We have an EMT located on each side of the campus. Please reference the map or ask a team member on site for assistance. 

Where is Lost & Found?

Lost & Found will be located at Check-In

How do I retrieve a lost item after the event?

Any lost items collected post event will be held by Obsessed Fest for seven (7) Days. Please contact hello@obsessed-fest.com to check for an item you may have lost. Any unclaimed property will be disposed of after the seven (7) days. While we’ll do our best to assist you, Prime and Obsessed Fest are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Who should I contact during the event for help?

We will have plenty of staff on-site in designated uniforms and credentials to assist you.
